Parul Institute of Law, Parul University, Vadodara is duly approved by the Bar Council of India and is a member of the International Association of Law Schools, New York. It offers Five Year Integrated courses of B.A.LL.B, B.Com.LL.B, B.B.A.LL.B, and Three Year LL.B course. Under the Centre for Post-Graduation Legal Studies (CPGLS), the Institute offers One Year LL.M Program in eight specializations of Intellectual Property Law, Criminal and Security Laws, International Law, Public Policy and Governance, Environmental Law and International Human Rights Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Constitutional and Administrative Law. The Institute also offers M.Phil and Ph.D. programs. The Institute has a team of highly qualified and experienced teaching faculties, State of Art infrastructure.
Details About The Programme
In the age of digitalization are growing new futurist technologies, helping state, companies, citizens, customers, and people at large to better communicate and improve their ability to commerce and trade and to adapt their life to the new needs of this complex time in the world has become imperative. Understanding what blockchain is and its potential to solve a lot of problems linked with globalization is the future of the legal fraternity.
The course shall deal with the aspects of blockchain in technology, global systems, law, government and private setups, banks, etc and shall endeavor to train future-ready professionals in the field of blockchain technology
There shall be 8 sessions of the course conducted on Mondays and Fridays from 4th to 29th October 2021 of two hours each, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm IST. The participants shall be required to submit an assignment at the end of the course.
