About World Cyber Security Forum

World Cyber Security Forum (WCSF) is an internationally renowned cyber consultancy and web community founded in 2019 that aims in improving cybersecurity awareness and acts as a source of techno-legal information for professionals, students, and teenagers around the world. It offers a blend of original content from IT professionals, peer-to-peer advice from the largest community of IT leaders, and an extensive library of professional resources from leading IT industry vendors.

On 1st April 2021, WCSF launched the 2nd edition of the Cybercrime Awareness program, 2021, which is a global initiative to support emerging trends in cyberlaw, cybercrime, and cybersecurity. Increasing the level of cyber awareness through education and training can be an effective way to encourage the adoption of security tools, which leads to a safer use of technology.

About Event: IPR Drafting in India

Intellectual Property Rights are the exclusive rights granted to any owner to recognize its original work that excludes others from using it without the prior permission of the owner. But once the invention or original work is ready, there lies a huge responsibility on the owner to get it titled or registered. Now, this process is quite lengthy & strenuous because now enters the legal protection and recognition part is so that any kind of infringement in the future can be avoided.

Once, the owner decided to proceed with the legalities then comes the process of drafting and filing the application and other related content as prescribed under the law, to acquire the full-fledged right over that original work. That’s why the importance of IPR Filing & Drafting is growing immensely among law & biotech students. No doubt that it is an emerging field and one needs to acquire certain relevant skills to ace it and a practical approach is important to master it.

Keeping this aim into consideration, we have brought 4 Days Online Workshop on “IPR Drafting in India” where we will be teaching the students about the basics of drafting under various categories of IPR like Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Technology Transfer Agreements, and much more. The sessions will be live & drafts will be shared during the session. Students can interact and share their concerns and questions with their resource persons. All the active and present attendees will get a certificate of completion.
