Essential Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST category) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government; or
- Master’s degree in law from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. [3 Years’ experience as a practicing lawyer (2 years for SC/ST Candidates) is preferable] The candidate must be registered with the Bar Council of India.
