Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Law, plus either 10 years of continuing practice in Civil, Criminal and Labour Courts after the Sanad, or 5 years of legal work in a Government or Semi-Government post at Level-8 (Rs. 44,900–1,42,400) or higher. Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is required. The post carries Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100–1,77,500). Experience counts only if gained after acquiring the required degree. Appointees must pass the CCC+ examination within one year of joining, unless they already hold it.
