About Us
It is a Pan India Initiative that is aimed to promote, facilitate, and encourage people to utilize various methods of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). It also provides legal aid services, works towards shattering mental health taboos, endeavors to achieve Goal 16 of SDG (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and create legal literacy among society with the mission of reach out, rapport, and rescue. It aims to become the voice of the vulnerable, unseen, or unheard.
Sambhav Initiative was inaugurated by Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, Former Chief Justice of India, and it’s currently headed ( patron ) by Justice Kurian Joseph, Former Judge of the Supreme Court.
Sambhav Initiative is a collaborative Partner with Gujarat Police and various District Legal Service Authority, District Courts.
Role and Responsibility
- Working with Police officers for resolving the Traffic Challan Cases
- Conduct interdisciplinary Research
- Conducting the session on Road Safety rules and regulations with police officers of various Districts
