SFAC YP (Legal) Mandate

SFAC promotes FPOs (₹5,000 Cr loans), manages ₹1,000 Cr VCA portfolio (Vendor Controlled Accounts). YP (Legal) manages 600+ court cases (cheque bounce, recovery):

• Case monitoring (LIMBS portal).
• Document drafting (notices, filings).
• Advocate coordination.
• Fee bill processing.

Vacancy Specifications

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Essential Qualifications

Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from BCI-recognised University.

Professional:

• Registered Advocate under Advocates Act 1961.
• Excellent written/oral communication.
• Minimum 3 years PQ experience handling litigation in High Court/District Court.
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Data Analytics).
