DRAT Delhi Mandate & Researcher Role

DRAT Delhi hears statutory appeals from Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) under RDDBFI Act 1993 for recoveries exceeding ₹20 lakhs, disposing 1,200+ cases yearly involving PSBs, NBFCs, ARC. Law Researchers assist Presiding Officer through:

Essential Qualifications
