The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC), New Delhi has invited applications for engagement of Senior Research Consultants and a Consultant, including 2 posts of Senior Research Consultant (Law), on contract basis. The consolidated fee for Senior Research Consultant posts is Rs. 1,25,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month. The last date for submission of applications is 24 November 2026.

Eligibility

Qualified LLB from a reputed Institute or University, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the relevant field. The experience stated in the notice includes experience of electricity matters covering tariff petitions before the Regulatory Commission, APTEL and High Court, and experience in commercial and civil court matters, writ matters and Labour matters, as well as experience of electricity matters before the Regulatory Commission, APTEL, High Court and Consumer Commission. No application fee is stated in the notice.
