About DERC
The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission is located at Viniyamak Bhawan, C-Block, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. Consultant HR

Consultant Electrical / Tariff-Engg.
The consultant will work on scrutiny and due diligence of capital schemes, review of DPRs, site visits when necessary, tendering compliance, tariff order support, monitoring of approved schemes, and work connected to MYT Regulations, Business Plan Regulations, and renewable energy matters including Group Net Metering and Virtual Net Metering.
Consultant Civil Engineering

Consultant Law
The law consultant will handle commercial contracts, labour law, civil and writ matters, as well as electricity matters involving tariff petitions, appeals, regulations, and cases before the regulatory forums and courts.
Salary and Tenure
All five consultant categories carry a consolidated monthly fee of ₹1,00,000. The fee remains fixed for three years, and the engagement is initially for three years, extendable or renewable on a yearly basis up to a maximum tenure of 6 years, subject to performance. The consultants will also receive mobile call reimbursement up to ₹1,500 per month, including internet charges.
Leave and Travel Benefits
The notification provides 15 days of leave per year, in addition to gazetted holidays applicable in the Commission’s office. For official outstation tours, the Commission will reimburse travel expenses as per entitlement, including AC II or AC III train fare.
